The system is designed to be wall mounted to studs 16” on center or between studs for easy installation.   The Silent Sentry® is “electrician friendly” with self-contained circuit breakers.  The need for a sub panel is eliminated and the installer can wire branch “emergency” circuits directly into the unit.  This saves contractors time and saves your money.

For some existing structures, hardwiring to the electrical panel may not be an option.  The Silent Sentry® is available in a model that does not require installation by an electrician. It is simply mounted on the wall anywhere in the building and plugged into an outlet.  When power fails, appliances plugged into the system will remain powered.  This is especially useful for individual’s offices in apartment buildings.
